THE CITY OF HARRISBURG ZONING HEARING BOARD WILL HOLD A MEETING AT THE REV. DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. CITY GOVERNMENT CENTER, IN THE PUBLIC SAFETY AUDITORIUM, 10 NORTH SECOND STREET, ROOM 213, HARRISBURG, PA 17101-1681, AT 6:00 PM, ON 6/16/2014 PURSUANT TO REQUESTS FOR VARIANCES AND/OR SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS AS FOLLOWS:

2258 Special Exception for 103-105 Locust Street, zoned Special Planned Development (SPD), filed by Christopher Bowser, to request relief from four (4) off-street parking spaces required for the conversion of office to residential units.

2259 Special Exception for 1633 North 3rd Street, zoned Residential Planned Conversion (RPC), filed by Jacob Compton, to request relief from six (6) off-street parking spaces required for the establishment of a 35-seat performance space. The Applicant is also requesting an extension of operating hours until 11:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
